SS-C-034          Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMTB)

AIM

Upon conclusion of the 180 hour program and successful completion of state recognized exams for CT and RI, this course will provide students with eligibility to test for the National Registry Exam. 

An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a trained professional who responds to emergency medical situations, including accidents, fires, and other types of emergencies. This course also includes an in-water component.

PREREQUISITES

Students must be a minimum of 18 years old. 

REGISTRATION

Spring Session: 

Begins: Monday,  January 30,  2012

Ends:  Monday, June 25,  2012  (Final Written Exam)

Evenings: Monday, Wednesday   (6:00 pm-10:00 pm)  + One Saturday only (June 23)

Fall Session:
